A family flies into Orlando International Airport, and board the new Hyperloop 1 that whisks them to Walt Disney World. Once on property, autonomous six people, electric pods guide guest directly to their resort.
People movers
It is 2:30 PM, in the afternoon, and it is a hot July day. Instead of standing in line, a customer can go back to their hotel in minutes. Getting quickly back to the hotel is possible because all the parks have people movers that will take them back to the core transportation system for moving guest around the Walt Disney World complex.
A Four-tiered Transportation System
1. Hyperloop from Airport, WDW, Cape Canaveral, BEACH, and Universal Studios.
2. Upgraded Monorail system, or local high-speed backbone.
3. Electric autonomous six-person pods to move guest anywhere on Disney property.
4. People movers throughout the parks and bigger resorts.
We can agree that most people hate crowds. How can we design a system that can accommodate demand and have people spend as little time waiting? With the focus of vacation first, adequate rest time at the resorts can be had, and then customers can be whisked off to restaurants, rides, space launches, Harry Potter world, character meet and greets and brought back at completion. The focus is creating valuable rest time for the guest to participate in a vacation and enjoy the thrill of Disney.
